Royal Scot

Royal Scot is a mixture Wilke Pipe Tobacco produces to its own recipe and uses as a flavoring leaf in many of its blends. According to the maker's account, it's composed of pressed Virginia, North Carolina leaf, and Burley, carrying a distinctive sweetness set apart from the usual aromatics.

The blend can be smoked on its own, or used as an additive leaf to enrich a smoker's own mixture. Because of this dual function, it's a record aimed at smokers experimenting with blending as well as those seeking a lightly sweet, measured aromatic base. It also appears as a component in Wilke's classic recipes such as No. 13 and No. 24.
