Rum and Maple

Rum and Maple presents the classic pairing of its two namesake casings in Wilke's own interpretation. Virginia carries the body, with Burley and black cavendish in a supporting role. While rum usually leads in blends of this type, according to the maker's notes maple syrup is somewhat more dominant here. The leaf side is grassy, hay-like, and lightly citrusy.

Strength is low, and the burn is cool and smooth. It suits those seeking an all-day-sustainable aromatic that doesn't bite the tongue, and smokers who want a measured amount of casing. It's part of Wilke's bulk listing.
