Ligne Bretagne, Faite en Brentagne, 5, 2 |
Trever Talbert worked from 2002 to May 2009 in the workshop he took over from Patrice Sébilo in Herbignac (Brittany); the raw material for his bog-oak pipes also came from Sébilo's stock, from oak recovered from the Brière marshes and radiocarbon-dated to 1497-1171 BC. The letters S and C in the stamps indicate the Signature and Collector grades. Records indicate that for roughly six months around 2006, molten metal dots equal in number to the grade were set into the stems of Ligne Bretagne pipes.
