Antietam

Antietam is a later addition to the Brigadier Black line, an aromatic based entirely on black cavendish. A measured black-cherry casing is applied over the dark-colored but soft-textured cavendish leaf.

Since cavendish's own sugary sweetness works in the same direction as the cherry casing, a fruity, sweet line is maintained throughout the smoke; nicotine is low and tongue bite is minimal. Being a high-moisture leaf, it calls for a slow smoke at low heat. A record aimed at those seeking an intense profile within the fruity aromatic lane and wanting a low-nicotine everyday blend.
